We recommend placing your order at least two days in advance to allow us to source the desired florals. However, we do offer same-day delivery using the freshest florals available that day. If we are unable to fulfill a same-day request, we will notify you accordingly.
For our balloon arrangements, including the Bloom Bouquet, we require a minimum of three days' notice to ensure optimal quality and to prevent air leakage.
For same-day fresh flower orders, please place your order by 10 AM. A surcharge of $15 will apply.
We do not offer refunds. However, if your flowers arrive damaged, we will either replace them with a new bouquet or issue a full refund.
Yes, we can design a bouquet inspired by your reference photo. However, due to our unique design approach, the final arrangement may not be an exact replica but will reflect the essence of the original style.
